I obviously had energy today as I was better organised in the morning and started running only 18 mins after finishing a lesson. Wanted to get some Bulgur wheat so came up with the idea of doing the long Cseke, OL combo and the CBA. There were 2 shortcuts, 1. to the Cseke due to too many biscuits and not wanting to risk the longer way, 2. coming back from CBa, where I couldn't go back tp the Platan as there was some kind of memorial service. 3 Ps. Good weather and ended up just in one T-shirt. I can remember why but I looked at my watch and saw that I was over 5 mins/km and that motivated me later on. 5.19,5.02,5.06,4.50,4.57,5.03,5.03,4.58,4.49,4.35,4.43,4.38,17.0 av. That slow 1st km is the disadvantage of going the shorter way the Cseke.
