Well that didn't go well. When I was doing my stretching exercises I felt very stiff and that was a sign. Maybe the problem was that I ate beans on toast, thanks to unreliable Bence, very late. Anyway, at least I ran to Baj-hegy, even if I didn't run up it. 1 Ps. 5.00,5.26,5.06,5.00,5.14,4.49,4.41,4.47,5.03,4.57. I'm not sure it has ever happened before that going and coming back I had to run next to the railway and, in fact, I'm not sure if I've run next to the railway coming back since the Iszkiri walk. So I've done 5 runs of 10 kms or more this week - when was the last time I did that? I'll look now. It turned out not to be so long ago - the week I did the Győr race on Dec 20th. then I did 58 kms, so more than this week.
