Despite the wind being strong and in the wrong direction this was my 2nd fastest run this year. I felt good right from the off and I'm beginning to notice that when my thumbs are almost touching my body that's a good sign. Felt much stronger running into the wind. 1 Ps. 4.36,4.28,4.34,4.45,4.45,4.36,4.29, 15.7 av. I can't believe how well I've ran into the wind. Only 3 secs slower tham my Jan time.
