Wow, my first under 32 run this year., I'll have to look and see when the last time was and when my average was faster. I needed 2 Ps and the first was at the kayak club. That was where iI saw looked at my time as I new it was about a km and it showed 4.28 for 993 metres so I knew I was going ok esp. as I was taking it easy but I did have a tailwind. I had my 2nd Ps at 5.8 kms and it was then that i set myself the target of under 32. 4.31,4.17,4.33,4.41,4.32,4.29,4.19,16.7 av. This was my best training run since then end of Sept. when my average was 4.27 and my time was 31.34. 7 1/2 months ago.
