Had originally wanted to do interval training but after experiencing what I was like after the dentist's yesterday and having to go before my lesson with Attila, this morning, I decided I would do a run to Baj-hegy but then I woke up very earlier and decided I could go to Tb with Attila and run home. He dropped my off at the Skala Strada and because he assumed I would be running up the hill that's what I did and it was easy. I then ran back down the hilll, on to Vértesszőlős off-road, through the village at the top and then off-road as far as the flyover and then home, Loads of Pss 4!!! 5.33,6.46,9.15,7.37,5.35,4.47,4.42,4.52,5.31,4.58,5.04,5.24,5.08,4.52,5.03,5.05,5.10,12.2 av. My left foot hurt for the last few kms.
