Was supposed to do a 30 km very hilly run in the Pilis but it was 08.00 by the time I got up. I was tired having got up very early yesterday -maybe 04.30. It was very hot today and I did well to do 16 kms, never mind the targetted 20. Start of the trees on Baj-hegy in a clockwise direction as I wore my Salomons and my feet didn't hurt at all. Met the race going in the other direction at a place where I never expected them to be going. It was very very difficult to do the 16K due to the heat. 1 Ps. 5.21,5.15,5.06,5.21,5.17,6.15,5.30,8.03 as you can see it was just a bit more than 8k to the trees. 5.38,5.30,6.39,5.32,5.38,5.35,5.41,5.21,12.4 av.
