Edzésleírás
2 laps of the OL. I was so slow because for the 3rd night I slept terribly due to the problems with Yoland and/or Ilona (this is my guess anyway) so had to really force myself to do the 2 laps. It seems ages since I last ran clockwise and it was perfect as I had my I Ps on the 1st lap at the Kayak ház - after that there was never any sign of needing to again, maybe because it was very big! As with running to the OL, the watch start measuring the distance immediately so the first split - 5.57 is more like 1.18 kms,4.53,4.59,4.49,4.59,5.07,4.55,5.03,5.13,5.12. I don't know what happened with these 2 kms but I must have felt sth as I would imagine this was the point when I started trying to push it. 4.57,4.55,4.53,4.35 (998 metres). It rained a lot last night and I wore a T-shirt., but it wasn't raining while I was running.
Of course, what was good was that I did it, the next step is 3 laps but it will definitely not be next week as I have a 50 km off-road run, I think, on the Sat.
