The last 2 times I did interval training was the 11th and 19th May, the former 3.44 av, the latter 3.38 av, so today was exactly halfway between these 2.- 3.41.
There is a big difference though. The 3.44 was on a Weds and the previous 4 days I had just run once - a basic 10K run, while the 3.38 was a Thurs with a 2 day break before.
Yesterday I was dead all dead due to the previous 4 days exercise but I woke up in a good state today and the weather is good.
