Well that was a surprise. Had originally wanted to do 2 laps but because I want to run 50 kms in the Vértes on Sat. I knew it wouldn't be sensible and I ended up using my brain, a very unusual occurrence. Woke up with a pain in my left lower leg and was worried but instead, during the run, it was rather my left quad which felt tired. Wore my "slow" shoes. 1 Ps at the Kayak club.
The wind direction has completely changed, now coming from the South, so the bad direction today.
At the end of the run, accidentally locked the keys on my watch and, lo and behold, was able to work out how to unlock them.
4.44,4.32,4.40,4.39,4.43,4.42,4.31,16.9 av. Managed to actually avoid my usual slow 4th km.
