Well that was a pleasant surprise. Did the Baj-hegy lap up to the 1st station. Legs were tired after yesterday so didn't try to go any further up the hill but the surprise was that I never felt like cutting it short. 1 Ps and could have been 2 but lasted until I got home. Lovely cooling wind. Wore orange running vest. and new shoes.

15.06 - I've just looked for the last time I did a similar run and, as I suspected, I ran better today. Having said that I don't have the problem with my left foot at the  moment. Anyway last time I ran 300 metres further, up to the 2nd station and I was 7 mins slower and 22 secs/km slower. Obviously my average spped would have been less running up to the 2nd station but not that much!!!! That was the 13th July.
