Should have done 2 x 1 km but this isn't a bad substitute, being my 2nd fastest training lap this year, Shame I didn't get under 32. My only under 32 was a 31.52 on the 16th May and because it showed as 7.14 kms it is obviously better from the km speed point of view. Mind you from one point of view today was better - every km under 4.40!

4.31,4.37,4.37,4.40 (4.39.72),4.35,4.32,4.21,17.5 av. and what's more as the sprint was 10 secs this gives me 1 sec over and it would be the 4.40 which I would round down!
