Originally put on Noosas but at the last moment changed into training shoes as I thought I would be running slowly. Was surprised by the time of my run there and then when I started I was again surprised, this time by going relatively well, although, funnily enough? I thought I was running into the wind. I decided to have a Ps at the kayak club although I knew it was really to early which, unfortunately, proved to be. Anyway my watch showed 983 mtres and 4.19. Not bad! Anyway then I had another Ps at 2.46 kms and my watch showed 10.41 and I was like Wow and I tried to push it from there on. I realised that I had had the wind behind me at the beginning so I was worried about that but, as you can see, I coped with it.

4.24,4.19,4.20,4.26,4.35,4.36,4.28,17.1 av.

Max 4.35 is good and my 4th km not being the slowest is good.

My 4.26 average is actually better than my May tó-futás average.
