Wow, that went well. Despite running to the 4th station for the first time my average speed was the best, I started noticing last time but I didn't seem to need to go up on my toes for the hills and it was the same today. At home I tried on my running vest and thought it was too cold for it but soon realised I was wrong and this time soon after starting Baj-hegy I stopped to take off my T-shirt and never put it on again. Last time my road hill km was 6.45 but I thought that might have been because I did that other hill part but this time it was the same time but the normal route. Having said that I did stop to take off and stash my T-shirt. 2 Ps, not a surprise as I did have kidney beans yesterday at lunch time and I also had boiled eggs etc. for a 2nd breakfast this morning.
I was fast going there - I don't know what happened, esp. considering I slept very badly.
