Wow, look what I did - 2 minuting and I could do it to the end and I was very pleasantly surprised at the strength in my legs. It took me a bit of time to get the wtach sorted out and I met Barna and Rita and stopped to talk to them. Fast, slow and then the opposite as I knew I had to stop for a Ps.
4.13,4.24,4.38,4.46,4.38,4.32,4.28,17.9 av. Back to the 4th km being the slowest. That 17.9 was my max speed.
