Had to do a minimum of 14 kms today, although I had it my mind that I had to 15. Had wanted to do my usual Baj-hegying but I was worried it would be difficult after yesterday's 2 minuting plus I was also worried about my right calf which felt a bit off before yesterday's training and then it cramped during the night as well. Anyway I came up with the idea of a long h-ol-h sandwich. The weather, unfortunately, wasn't as good as last week but still short-sleeved T-shirt and shorts weather. 2 Ps, the 2nd at the kayak club after the first warm up. Took 4 kms to warm up as can be seen by my km splits. Might have got under 33 if the wind hadn't been unfavourable.
