Edzésleírás
Wonderful weather, even better than yesterday. Did my 5th run for the week, so made up for last week's missing run, and did it by Saturday which means I will be able to run on Monday.
Came up with the idea of running in the Naszály direction so did 5 kms out but, comingback, I didn't turn right to go home at the Berta, instead running to the bakery and then home, thus the longer distance.
I could feel the tiredness in my legs whcih explains my slow speed but, at the same time, it was no problem for me to go out running and I really enjoyed it, and was very happy to go in a new direction. It was a good direction as well as I had a total of 3 Ps in the off-road section

It's only just really sunk in how much I slowed down in the last 4 kms. Of course, I was running with my small green bag.
