Don't know what happened with my garmin, but have no record of today's run and all my old runs have today's date and a stupid starting time so deleted all of them. Great! Anyway, back to today's training. Shit weather, and I was under pressure because I hadn't done my planned long run yesterday, so I had to do it today, irrespective of the weather. But worked out well from the point of view that it became half-marathon training which I hadn't done for ages. The wind still coming from the south, but now it's bringing rain. 3 PS, a consequence of having 'lunch' so late, maybe 17.30. The route was the long Cseke, Sport street via the open-air theatre, Kayak club, OL,deritö-tó, bike lane 9.5 kms and back the same way.
