Edzésleírás
So I did the Börzsöny organised walk today and it was fucking hard. Very very hilly, loads and loads of mud, kms of snow around Csoványos and I forgot to take a bag so I had to survive on 3 muesli bars which was all I could fit in my Nike pocket.. Most of the climbing was on the outward journey. eg. at Nagy-hideg it was 1,039 metres. Let's look at my km splits - 11.23 (good start!!) I took my walking poles for the 2nd ever time and used them a lot, esp. the right hand one as later my left arm was too tired. 10.22,9.40,11.06,11.53,10.25,9.46,7.41 (fucking hell, what happened-nearly running.) 7.45,9.46,12.39,11.44,11.46,10.43,9.32,9.08,10.37,10.25,10.45,13.21 (this was going up to Csoványos and I was tiring by then), 11.48,10.03,10.39,7.19 ( a running km - Wow),6.47,8.43,11.14,11.15,6.37,6.52,5.57,5.57,8.4 av-it was downhill on the road but I was knackered by then and walked. The name of the walk was the KŐről-kőre a Börzsönyben and was organised by Orbán Imre.
