Planned to do the Vérteskozma 30, got all organised, bike in the car, climbing stuff in the car, everything and, blow me, the fucking car wouldn't start. Great! Anyway, what did I do instead - The Gorba!!! When was the last time I did that. Had to run just that little bit further both ways to get in the 20 kms. my memory is I could do 45 mins up and 40,41 down, now I ran 53.08 up with 279 metres of climbing and 44.25 down. Interesting. Didn't actually plan on doing the Gorba so was wearing my off-road Asics and my left foot hurt running downhill but it was bearable. 2 Ps, 1 in each direction which wasn't a surprise considering I ate Lentil stew for lunch yesterday..4.50,5.05,4.42,4.53,4.57,5.14,5.22,6.00,5.56,6.07,-that's the up and the dowm-4.06,4.02,4.01,4.17,4.25,4.46,4.42,5.02,4.28,4.34 Ran in shorts and NB
