Same run as Saturday, the only difference being running as far as the 1st station rather than just to the end of the houses. Despite running further up Baj-hegy the watch measured significantly less climbing!!! Also, despite running more uphill my av. speed was 25 secs/km faster, the difference being esp. coming back as the 1st 8 kms averaged 18 secs/km faster which means coming back an av. 32.6 secs/km faster. There are 2 reasons for this - I was very heavy-legged on Sat, and the weather - good conditions today, hotsy on Sat. 2 Ps which wasn't a surprise considering the kidney beans for lunch yesterday. 5.14(-0.07),5.11(-0.04),4.56(-0.10),5.12(-0.09),5.02(-0.15)5.47(-0.28),5.17(-0.13), and 7.07(-0.56) the last km being the uphill km which I ran up the best for ages only going up on my toes for the last steepest part of the road section. 5.41,4.48,5.42,5.01,5.13,4.46,5.24,4.37,12.7 av. I ran 10.40 kms for the 1st hour on Sat, today exactly 11.00 and of course the speed difference was significantly more coming back.
