Edzésleírás
Finally did the Baji-hegy 10.5 km race route but, unfortunately, not completely. I got as far as the forest road which runs from the Agosztyán Tardos road to Tb, but as it wasn't going well, I wimped out of running up that hill. Was going to run back the same way as I came but then came up with the idea of continuing my usual route to Baj-hegy, as far as the bottom of the hill, and then home, and that's what I did. It was very hard and I really wanted to stop. I ran in my new road shoes and, unfortunately, my left foot hurt towards the end, but at least it didn't slow me down.
Warm, 31 degrees on the terrace when I wrote this, after 13.00. Going to stop doing the superman exercise before a long run.
