Tardos climbing car park-climbing place-descend on back path.up hill to blue path then downhill and on blue path past Pusztamárot, then left on red path and then back the same way.

312 metres climbing going and 183 coming back but despite signicantly less climbing coming back it was basically the same time (62.08,62.16 and 7 secs for the plus 30 odd metres.) This was because of how slow the uphill path is to the Kis-Geri.

6.47,6.39,5.15,6.20,6.02,5.34,6.58,5.26,6.00.7.07 - so the last km on the red path was surprisingly difficult running uphill, not that I felt it but look at my next km -5.07,5.40,7.15,9.00,5.43,5.09,5.24,6.05,7.22,5.31.

Thought it would be much warmer than it was and I had no problem with the heat,although here on the terrace now, at 13.40, it's pretty warm, like 35 degrees.
