As per the date, up to 2nd station on baji-hegy and then back the Új-hegy way..
Got up late - 07.30 and, in the end, decided not to go running before maya came, as I would only have had enough time to do the OL run and I wanted to do my longer run today. So went after Maya left and, of course, it was much warmer. Wore my new road shoes and my left foot didn't hurt - hallelujah!!!. Had wanted to do the full baji-hegy lap but gave up, maybe because of the heat or maybe because of yesterday's gardening.
Something very unusual happened - no Ps!!!. Because I didn't go running before maya, I had time for a leisurely coffee and that sent me to the toilet 2x and hey presto!!!
Warmsy - 35 degrees on the terrace when I got back.
5.03,5.21 (slow because I was running on and next to the rails), 4.55,4.58,5.18,8.02,7.40,4.52,5.35,5.54,5.26 10.44 kms for the 1st hour. 5.02,5.27,4.41,13.1 av.
08.58 Thursday - realised last night before I went to bed that I might have done a lot of running in the last 7 days so checked it out and I was right - 72.43 kms plus the cycling, so decided I wouldn't run today and I'm not sure about tomorrow. I'm really knackered today so I'm not sure whether today would have have been a running day anyway and the question is whether I will go tomorrow or not . I feel I shouldn't because of Sauturday's race but we will see.
So it's not surprising I gave up at the 2nd station!!!!
